No homeowners were present at the meeting this month.
Meeting was called to order at 6:30pm. June 2011 minutes were approved as written.

Old Business
● The construction projects are being completed on schedule. The scaffolding surrounding the 02 stack will be coming down soon. It’ll then be rebuilt around the 04 stack. The sidewalk repair project is progressing nicely too.
● The annual homeowners meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 10th, 2011 at 7:00pm in theexercise / bike storage room.
New Business
● Once again, please park your car in your own space and have your guests not park in the garage unless they are parking in your space. We had another incident where someone parked their car in another resident’s space. They then harassed the owner of the space after she asked them to move the car.
● There was a vehicle break-in reported this month. As a reminder, upon exiting the garage, please wait for the garage gates to close completely before driving away. In addition when you enter the garage, please also wait near the garage gate and wait for it to close completely. This will help prevent entry of unauthorized persons into the building. Please also ask your tenants to wait for the gates to close.
