No homeowners were present at this month’s meeting.
Meeting was called to order at 6:32pm. May 2011 minutes were approved as written.

Old Business
● Spring/Summer has arrived and windows will be open. As a reminder, please prevent your dogs from barking. May we suggest the use of Citronella collars as a means to control their barking. All will greatly appreciate your efforts.
● The light in the elevator was repaired after correcting an electrical issue.
New Business
● As a reminder to everyone, all parking spaces in the garage are private property and are the responsibility of each unit owner.
● Our summer projects are just about underway with the reconstruction of the 02 stack & 04 stack of decks. Scaffolding will be going up soon. We’ll also have four of the five 5th floor decks/patios resurfaced. The five deck/patio was resurfaced last year. In addition, we’ll have a raised portion of the sidewalk on Summit Ave repaired and complete some other small projects.
● Carpet cleaning in the east building will happen Thursday, June 16th.
● The annual homeowners meeting will be Wednesday, August 10th. Notices will be mailed shortly.
