June 2007 homeowners meeting and annual budget
The board met as usual for the June 2007 HOA meeting. Of note our garage door for the Summit garage has been replaced and the new one is both stronger and lighter than the old version. We have scheduled our West Building roof replacement for July, and are collecting bids for a rebuild of the north stairwell.
The weather is getting warm and we would like to remind unit owners that we encourage the comfort of our residents via air conditioning units accepting that they meet certain restrictions to ensure the safety of our residents.
