March 2006 HOA board meeting
The Ambassador II Condominium Home Owners Association Board met on March 13th. The meeting minutes can be viewed by clicking here.
Please note: the board will tow cars parked improperly or parked in unregistered parking spots. The parking spaces near the elevator belong t o the commercial unit and may not be used for guest parking. Parking in the commercial units reserved spots will result in your car being towed at your expense.
Roof Repairs Completed
Associated Roofing has completed recovering the South side of the East building and has made repairs to the West building.
Roof Repairs Scheduled
The Association is replacing the roof on the South side of the East Building AND will make repairs to the West Building roof. Actual roof replacement will begin on Monday, March 13th, but our roofers plan to carry supplies to the roof sometime this week. The elevator may be a little slow for a while. 5th floor residents especially should be prepared for some noise and strong odors during the repairs.
Actual roof replacement dates are totally weather dependent. The roofers are not going to expose our structure to damage due to rain. Dates will change if the weather is bad.
The costs are covered by your homeowners fees. There will be no additional charge to homeowners.
Tree trimming complete
Tree pruning took place on Friday, March 3rd. We pruned the trees in the courtyard, along Summit Avenue, and Howell Street. The work was done by Davey Tree Service. As a result, our trees will be helathier, nicer looking, and hopefully more sun will filter through the trees and encourage growth of the foliage below.
